- You will receive an invoice by email following our discussion and the amount must be paid upon receipt.
- NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. This includes the $90 deposit, which is non-refundable and non-exchangeable .
- KS Arts Visuels reserves the right to refuse a design request if it does not represent its image as an artist. Example (logo/portrait with blurry reference photo/ etc.) In this specific case, you will be able to get a refund and your place will be given to someone else.
- KS Visual Arts is not responsible for the care and use of your cap. Waterproofing treatments are available that you can apply to help prevent stains.
